Meet Lindsay

CLASSICAL PILATES TEACHER

A Classical Pilates instructor with a passion for an active and healthy lifestyle. Lindsay’s hobbies include hiking, cycling, beach volleyball, self-improvement practices, rock concerts, travel, and, of course Pilates. Her journey in the fitness industry began in 2021 as a personal trainer at Equinox in Vancouver, working with a diverse clientele to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. Lindsay’s specialties include functional movement and strength training for women.

Her first introduction to Pilates came in 2020, after attending a Reformer class in Toronto just before the pandemic. The experience left a lasting impression, sparking a deep curiosity and a desire to explore Pilates as a career. Classical Pilates was her chosen path due to its precision, technical nature, and overall philosophy of achieving harmony within the body.

Lindsay feels the most rewarding aspect of being a Pilates instructor is the opportunity to help individuals unlock their potential and discover the true capability of their body. Her mission is to inspire clients to move with intention, strength, and confidence by educating them in the authentic Joseph Pilates method, Contrology. This approach ultimately enhances quality of life, minimizes the risk of injury, and fosters overall well-being.

Spark Cancellation Policy

The Spark Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced for all clients regardless of reason.

Should you have any illness such as cough, fever, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, chest pain or pressure, to avoid a late cancellation charge, please be sure to provide the Spark Team a minimum of 24-hr notice prior to all appointments. For any late cancellations, we will do our best to switch your booking into a virtual session, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate if it is too last minute. 

(NOTE: Semi-Private Lessons require a 48-hr notice)
