Using just a mat and your body weight, these sessions emphasize precise movements and controlled breathing to promote balance and alignment. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to refine your technique, this class provides the perfect environment to explore the fundamentals while gaining a deeper connection to your body.

In each class, you’ll work through a series of exercises that target your core, back, and supporting muscle groups, helping to build strength and stability. The simplicity of the mat practice allows you to focus entirely on your form and control, ensuring a safe and effective workout. Spark Cancellation Policy

The Spark Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced for all clients regardless of reason.

Should you have any illness such as cough, fever, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, chest pain or pressure, to avoid a late cancellation charge, please be sure to provide the Spark Team a minimum of 24-hr notice prior to all appointments. For any late cancellations, we will do our best to switch your booking into a virtual session, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate if it is too last minute. 

(NOTE: Semi-Private Lessons require a 48-hr notice)
